The availability rules model comprises of three interconnected layers of rings with three shift factors (the center ring). Each shift factor is then partitioned into pushes (the center ring), and each push is thusly isolated into measurements (the third and peripheral ring). #1 TECHNOLOGY (50%)

#2 PROCESS (30%)

#3 PEOPLE (20%)
Focuses on individuals and the whole association by underscoring on techniques towards having a feasible arrangement of labor force.
